Pierre Hervouet
Pierre Hervouet started his journey in Agile management in 2009 after attending the Agile Conference XP Days in Paris.
He then started to implement Agile methodologies within his team at Khatib and Alami, one of the major Engineering consultancy firms in the Middle East, where he held the position of manager of the Business Performance department since 2001, at the headquarters in Lebanon.
In 2012, Pierre started on his own as a consultant and coach in management. He created the NGO Agile Liban, and organized the main Agile Conference in the Arab Middle East region in 2013 and 2014. He has also participated as a speaker in many international Agile conferences (Belgium, France, Lebanon, Morocco, Netherlands…)
Since beginning of 2017 Pierre has been Senior Lean Agile Coach for large scale Agile transformation in the Belgium banking sector.
