Nermina Durmic

Nermina Durmic is Agile trainer&coach and a conference speaker. For the past 10+ years she has worked as a product development consultant, with international customers from various industries and contexts on developing new products and guiding their business strategy following agile principles.

Nermina co-founded Bosnia Agile association in November 2013. Since then she has delivered many public and in-house trainings and talks, which are always based on her everyday experience working with development teams.

Apart of “Agile in education”, her research focuses on project success factors and introducing other disciplines in the project management area, aiming to add a new dimension to IS project development.

Nermina is a university lecturer and has co-authored a number of published papers.
