Karima Hamani

Karima Hamani is an assistant professor in construction management at Heriot-Watt University, Dubai Campus. She has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry covering project management, sustainability and structural design. Karima Joined Heriot Watt University as adjunct faculty member since 2009 and as full time faculty member in January 2016. Throughout her work in academia, she delivered several construction management courses for postgrad and undergrad students and supervised MSc dissertations in different construction management related research areas.

Karima is a PMP, LEED AP and Estidama PQP accredited professional and she holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and an MSc in Construction Project Management. She is currently pursuing her PhD studies in sustainable construction.
