Enis Özer

Enis works as an agile transformation agent and agile coach at Akbank, one of the largest banks in Turkey. He has served as Scrum Master and Product Owner in various projects for 5 years and joined Agile Studio team in 2016, the team that leads Akbank’s agile transformation.

Currently, helping more than 100+ teams find their way to agility, and the organization to take steps towards a better work place, a more productive environment for teams and a people-oriented culture. Also Enis is a voluntary member of Agile Turkey organization, taking active roles in Agile Talks, Agile Meetups and Agile Turkey Summit.
