With almost 20 years of experience, 17 with Agile principles and values, I always look for the best part in each process/framework, put it all in the “pan” and cook something together with the teams that is effective, efficient and ready to use.

My experience with several disciplines of software development gives me a unique and privileged vision on how all those pieces fit together.

I’m a natural born team player and I deeply believe in friendship and partnership as a foundation for any team or project’s success. My motto is simple: “We are all in this together”. I get all the joy and happiness by conquering respect from those around me as the result of my work. I like to say that I lead by action and example.

I’m always trying to improve and broaden my skills. I also like to share my knowledge and experience to get that feeling that I’m also helping someone to improve their skills. But what I like even most is to see an expert in action and try to “drink” all the knowledge that he has to share, whatever it’s purely technical or human.

I love to cook, play the drums and keep in good shape. In other words, I love to be Agile!
