Steve Snowdon

Steve (currently Head of Lean Agile for Mashreq Bank) is an experienced Commercial and Change management professional across all areas of Financial Institutions…including the design, delivery and implementation of Lean, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) and Agile segmentation and projects.

Steve spent 20 years with Lloyds Bank in the UK where he covered a variety of network roles in Commercial, Corporate Banking and Marketing.

His overseas experience started 14 years ago with Lloyds in Dubai…heading up the Commercial team….this overseas ‘bug’ continued and saw him working in New Zealand and then Qatar where he joined Mashreq Corporate … eventually moving back to Dubai in 2011 taking up a Lean Change Management role.

When he does get free time it is either spent travelling, or training for Triathlons, which he has been doing for the last 8 years….in an attempt to keep mentally and physically in shape.
