A Certified Scrum Trainer, Certified Enterprise Coach and an Enterprise Agile Transformation coach by profession, a nomad by choice, and a networker through passion, Madhur looks forward to life as a vault full of opportunities and strongly believes that every person has the right key to unlock this potential. His firm belief in agile philosophy and principles brought him to the world of Agile coaching and transformation and after being lucky to be certified as India’s first Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), his endeavor is to spread the benefits of Agile by helping others adopt the essence of Agile methods and avoid the Scrum myths.
As one of the only 10 experts on this planet with the triple certification of CEC (Certified Enterprise Coach) , CST (Certified Scrum Trainer) and CAL1 (Certified Agile Leader) from Scrum Alliance and also the only one in India with these credentials, Madhur has been training and coaching Scrum Teams across India, Europe and USA for past 11 years. Starting his career as a technologist, Madhur traversed various roles in his industry journey including that of Programmers, Test engineer, Business analyst, Scrum Master, Process Consultant, CMMi appraiser and Consulting lead.
Having worked with 300+ teams across 60 organizations and trained and coached close to 12000 associates, Madhur brings these experiences as part of
his training and coaching regimen to ensure that the learning is not just theory based, but has a pragmatic insight into the real world. His agile coaching assignments have been not only with the IT industry big wigs but also in hitherto unknown areas of Event Management, Service Management (BPOs) and Education
In 2012, Madhur created the “Battlefield Agility” framework, a rapid, incremental development technique focused on bringing benefits of agile philosophy and defense forces discipline to the field of software delivery. This framework is now being adopted across multiple customers in India in the areas of Product Development and IT Services.
Having connected with close to 15000+ friends and colleagues till now through agile coaching, training and conferences, his hunger is still alive to make more friends in our small agile world. He also loves to connect and learn with fellow practitioners through participation and speaking in agile conferences in India and other parts of globe, participating in community activities through India Scrum Enthusiasts Community (ISEC), Agile Pune, Asia Agile Forum and similar agile user groups and also through his blog posts. He has been a chair and speaker at various national and international conferences including Global Scrum Gathering Bengaluru 2016, Software Development Forum 2012 in KL, Malaysia, Regional Scrum Gathering India 2014, Scrum Gathering India Regional 2013 and Agile Tour events in India.
