Before joining the Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai as the Projects Advisor to the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Hamdy provided Project Management and Business consulting services to organizations in Canada, Egypt, Oman and UAE covering diverse fields including Government, Construction, Manufacturing and Service Industries. Dr. Hamdy is a Civil Engineer with a complete understanding of the managerial and financial aspects of project management.
