Özmen Adibelli

Özmen Adibelli works as a Product Owner in Pegasus Airlines. Özmen focuses on delivering products to solve real problems of internal users. Özmen also works to turn initial ideas into competitive products in the aviation market. In 2011, Özmen was a part of the team of Information Design Three company which delivers softwares solutions for Lufthansa Airlines. In those days, Özmen discovered that agile product management lets teams to create new opportunities and detect risk earlier. Özmen believes that Information Technologies departments should be more productive and innovative and so business units may work more effective. So, Özmen leads agile transformation in Pegasus Airlines IT.

As a product owner, Özmen’s biggest passion is finding new ways to discover real problems.
