Mike Leber

Mike Leber is an international Management Consultant and Lean & Agile Coach with more than 25 years experience in the field. He is an early adopter of Agile and has been working with large international groups as well as with the startup domain, helping to grow adaptive organizations. He has been one of the first facilitators for Management 3.0 and coaches business leaders and leadership teams on their journey towards Agility. Utilizing Scrum he helps whole organizations to the max for delivering awesome products. And as an Accredited Kanban Trainer and Coach of Lean Kanban University he works with large accounts in developing end-to-end adaptive capabilities. Mike regularly speaks at Lean & Agile conferences around the globe. He also has been actively contributing to flourish several non-profit communities, such as Agile Lean Europe (ALE) for example. Today he mainly works on highly adaptive „Learning Organizations“ across the globe, inspiring places for collaboration, capable of proactively driving the new digital economy and succeeding in the disruptive innovation space.
