Amr is an agile Coach, Trainer, and Consultant whose life vision is to propagate lean and agile thinking in the Middle East. Amr is the author of Refactoring to Clean Code, along with several industrial papers and articles, including the ‘Process Increments Method’ and the famous ‘How Kanban Works’ article at Infoq. Amr is the co-founder of Agile Academy, Egypt’s Lean & Agile Network, and is the co-organizer of Agile Egypt meetup, one of the largest communities of Agile in the region.

Amr is a frequent speaker at international conferences and forums, including the Agile Conference, the PMI Global Congress, and a keynote at AgileAfrica. Amr was one of the drivers of Egypt’s GoAgile program, in which he trained 1000+ practitioners, coached many teams from a wide range of private and public organizations.
