Andreas Hägglund

Andreas Hägglund is co-founder of Swedish ICT Consultancy 11K and Agile Middle East, he is also the General Manager of Parmatur Middle East where he helps companies achieve business agility through arena based organizations. He is a much appreciated speaker on topics like Lean, Agile, Innovation and Management.

Andreas is an experienced Agile Change Agent that has been helping companies become more Lean and Agile since 2001. He is a certified Scrum Master and Facilitator as well as a certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant. He combines consulting with teaching classes in Agile and often takes the roles of Scrum Master or Product Owner. He was part of the team that translated the Scrum Guide to Swedish and he is passionate about Continuous Improvements and the Power of Teams.

Having a MSc in Business Andreas started out on the Business side only to land his first real job as a developer, thus gaining experience from the entire development value chain. He then slowly found his preferred place of action right at the intersection of Business and IT.
