Andrew Hiles

Andy began his computing career building poorly assembled websites for friends and family, and to this day continues to under-perform in all personal attempts to create interesting web design. Thankfully, on leaving University Andy found his calling in people focused team leadership roles. Andy has spent the last seven years managing and facilitating multi-discipline teams within Agile environments. A firm believer that great teams build great products, Andy is the co-founder of Agile Snap, an agile coaching and training consultancy based in the UK.
