Boris Gloger is a German pioneer in Scrum and an influential thought leader in modern work practices. He is the founder and CEO of borisgloger consulting, a leading management consultancy specializing in business agility across the DACH region, with offices in Vienna and Frankfurt. His company, comprising a team of over 100 employees, has successfully guided more than 100 national and international organizations through agile transformation processes, including prominent DAX® and ATX companies.

Boris is renowned as the first Certified Scrum Trainer in Germany (2004) and has played a pivotal role in establishing Scrum as the standard framework for agile software development across Europe, South Africa, and Brazil.
